Museums Sites offers streamlined access to Collection Management, with a limited number of fields and relationships to get most museums started. Museums Sites is based on Qi, which is probably the most flexible Collection Management System on the market. Although with the standard Museums Sites interface you won't be able to edit the set of available fields directly, you may get in touch with us  to discuss your requirements - we can easily implement any data structure you require.

Keepthinking have become a SPECTRUM partner and we are working with Collection Trust to achieve SPECTRUM compliancy for Qi (we should have completed the process by the end of October).
