If I don’t save or save and approve are the changes automatically lost?

If you make changes in the CMS and do not save or save and approve, as soon as you try to change tab or section you get a screen warning you that there are some unsaved changes.
If you save a page but haven’t approved, a yellow bar appears on the record and the record is also listed in the review section for approval.
