What are the different levels of access for people in my museum?
Qi allows extreme granularity in managing who can see or do what, down to the finest details. User permissions can allow for content to be edited by a team of users and approved by a separate team. Or everything can be done by the same person. This allows for extremely large or extremely small team to manage any simple or complex content repository.
For example the Administrator team has access to all content read, write, add, delete, approve and view audit
while the What's on read only team has access only to read Events and Exhibitions
